UITS

Transitioning from living with your parents to living by yourself can be stressful, to that add the stress that comes with learning new technology systems. University Information Technology Services (UITS) needed help connecting with first-year students at Indiana University to inform them of the services they offer. This campaign pokes into things students do to reduce stress, such as running, boxing, or eating. Our campaign is designed to show them if they contact UITS, that stress may go away.

Bus Sign

Digital Ad

Riding the bus, walking to class, or eating in the dining hall, mobile service can be rather if-y. Signage provides a unique way to convey the message when the consumer cannot look at their phone.

The campaign focuses on attracting attention through visual components and has the copy text in a secondary plane.

Digital advertising:

Our target audience breaths through social media; therefore, Instagram is a crucial part of our campaign. These styles of ads will provide information to the consumer when and where they need it.

Print advertising:

Accessing technology on a large campus like IU's can be stressful and overwhelming to incoming first-year students. This print ad demonstrates how students feel when they can't access the necessary technology.

Promotional advertising:

Freshman students love anything free, and they like it even more if it is useful. With our UITS calendar, the consumer can keep track of important school dates, such as breaks and big events, while keeping track of homework and exams. And with the Stress Smart notebook, our audience can take notes in class or relieve stress by journaling.
